Well the only thing we are going to get as far as a teaser for the new RAV 4 EV is this small square of silver with the word 'ELECTRIC'. The new RAV will be premiering in Los Angeles on May 7th and will hopefully follow in the footsteps of the Prius c, which was the fastest car off the lot in the month of March for all makes and models.
Edmunds took the time sort through the March 2012 sales data to find which makes and models sold the quickest. According to the site's research, the 2012 Toyota Prius C took the top nod by sitting on dealer lots just eight days before whirring off to a new home.
The RAV 4 EV will also be competing with a few other electric crossovers in the coming months but should outshine them all. Check out the press release from Toyota and the gallery of the bright orange Prius c.
